Parents' Association

President's Message

The primary goal of the Parents’ Association is to enhance the educational experience of our students by promoting collaboration, engagement, and support among our families.

Throughout the school year, the Parents’ Association will organize various events, initiatives, and volunteer opportunities. Through these activities, we will provide opportunities for parents and guardians (grandparents and special friends, too) to actively participate in your child's education journey. We encourage you to get involved, share your ideas, and contribute your skills and talents to make a meaningful impact on our school community!

Parents’ Association Newsletter Submissions

Please send any notices, event announcements, or other items you would like included in the PA weekly e-newsletter to Parents' Association President, Stephanie Christensen. Please email the information no later than noon on Friday the week before it is to be published. Stephanie's email may be found in the JCDS Parent Directory at mySharkHub.

Parent Ambassadors

The Parent Ambassador committee at Jacksonville Country Day School extends a warm welcome to you and your family. We are very excited that you have chosen to learn more about the exceptional learning environment here at JCDS.

Parent Ambassadors are a group of dedicated parents who are interested in helping all parents at JCDS feel welcomed and supported. Our committee members not only serve new parents as liaisons to inform and assist families as they transition into our school, but we also work with existing families to ensure a continued strong connection to the JCDS community.

Meetings and Events

The Jacksonville Country Day School Parents' Association (PA) meets regularly and holds several events during the school year. All parents, grandparents, and guardians are welcome to attend PA meetings and all families are invited to PA events. Please mark your calendars and stay involved!
